Our sales person was excellent. He listened to us then made recommendations. Always polite and never pushy he was a true gentleman. We picked out the mattress we wanted without any pressure from Russ to choose a mattress with a higher price. He is a wonderful sales person and an asset to Mattress Firm. The delivery men were excellent and very efficient. They removed the old mattress without a problem. I give all three of them a 10. Just sorry I don't know their names.

The Mattress Firm staff were knowledgeable, helpful and courteous at my visit today. I had ordered the wrong size mattress on-line and came into the store to swap. I ended up upgrading to a better mattress after testing in person. Russ was so helpful in assisting me and I'm looking forward to some good sleep on my new mattress soon. Highly recommend based on my great experience.

Walter the salesman was very helpful and patient. Their selection was plenty and their prices were very comparable to other mattress stores I visited prior to my purchase. While others were pushy with their fake sales pitch, Walter was straight forward and honest. No pressure to buy either. I bought my mattress from Mattress Firm just for that reason and I actually liked the way the mattress felt

Best experience I’ve ever had in my life! I’ve been to Raymour and Aaron’s and it was never like this experience. Sam, helped me select a bed that works for my aching back and helped me through the process of finding a frame for my accommodations. The best part that he showed us the mattress, had us test it and explained the warranty process in both English and Spanish. I can see myself coming back here and recommending this place with friends and family.
