We were so stressed to go in store, having to deal with Sales people. But to our surprise the whole process was fantastic! We were provided so many great options and were given the opportunity to test out different beds. Once we decided on what product we wanted we were offered next day delivery for no extra cost. We qualified for mattress firm credit card and completed our order. There is only one person to thank for Getting what we wanted, pricing that made sense and timely delivery and That One person is Stephanie! My fiance and I walked in the other day planning to only look at mattresses and not buy. They have a great selection and our saleswoman Stephanie was amazing and an absolute sweetheart. Very knowledgeable, knew exactly what we were looking for and pointed us in the right direction. She was very respectful and kind and never tried to upsell us anything. We ended up buying our new king mattress with adjustable base and some new pillows. Our delivery guys were also super sweet, on time (early actually) and very respectful. Best purchase ever. I highly recommend this store... Ask for Stephanie. You won't regret it.

I was determined to only browse & learn more about the various products on one Saturday afternoon. However, after working with Stephanie, my mind was made up & a sale was made. Our experience was excellent ! Our salesperson Ed was extremely attentive but not pushy. He educated us on the various Mattress types but let us make our own personal decision Also very Covid friendly with sanitizing stations and coverings for mattress and pillows I highly recommend Seeing Ed at Mattress Firm in Levittown !
