I'm a fan of the folks at Mattress Firm Queensbury. We've purchased several mattresses from them over the years and they always deliver good customer service - making sure we're ultimately happy with our mattress ... This has included returning at least one mattress within the trial period and recently working to honor a warranty on a faulty mattress. Tony, in particular, was responsive and helpful in getting the last case across the finish line. He went above and beyond to make things right and as a result they'll continue to get our business.

Today I visited the Queensbury Mattress Firm location and was Greeted by Anthony. I had just upgraded to a king size mattress and was looking for a frame to match it. I got to say it was very refreshing for somebody to ask what I was looking for And show me exactly that. No “How about this?”, “Have you looked at these?” It was what I wanted and had me out the door within 10 min. That being said when it’s time to upgrade I will be returning to the same location to work with Anthony BECAUSE That was my 1st time in that store and it 100% felt like an interaction instead of a transaction.

The overall experience was good in the beginning and I went with mid priced higher end hybrid mattress set that I am please withbut I got an adjustable vibrating bed frame that stopped working promptly after The warranty ended. I highly recommend getting the 5-year warranty if you get the electronic bed frame. I went with the two year. Getting it fixed is like chasing golf balls on the driving range. 😱

Tony greeted me right away and was really great! I explained to him how I went to a different place and had a horrible experience. Tony took his time explaining all the different details of the adjustable base I bought. I will refer people to him in the future! Great service and personality!
