We visited the Mattress Firm store in Riverhead. We wanted to purchase a Queen sized Mattress, Queen box spring and a Twin size mattress. Candace was our sales expert. She really knew her stuff. She was very pleasant and very helpful. Mattress Firm was the only store we visited as we have purchased from them when it was Sleepy's. We were very happy with our sales experience and will return when we shop for another mattress.

I have to say I've never experienced such superb customer service particularly from a home goods type store. The manager Robert at Mattress Firm Riverhead was truly exceptional and his customer service crossing all t's and dotting all i's. He went out of his way to ensure I had the best purchase experience possible. I purchased three mattresses. He was upfront and forthright with his opinion about certain mattresses and how they would benefit. He was kind, considerate, and had excellent follow-through. I will be purchasing from Mattress Firm again in the future and I would highly recommend the Riverhead location. 👍🏻
