As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a warm welcome. We spoke with the sales person about what we were looking for. She took note then asked about it sleeping patterns. We were then shown what we thought we wanted, and it seemed really nice. But then she asked us to check out a couple other options. To our surprise we actually decided on something we hadn't considered. We are so excited and can't wait for the new bed to arrive. There was No pressure and the experience was amazing. The salesperson made the experience very enjoyable. Thank you, Michelle, we really appreciate the time you spent helping us find Our new bed.

Very Good Called had the mattress in stock. Went the next day to pick it up. Everybody was friendly and helpful Love the mattress!!! My only complaint is I didn't do this a year sooner Thank You everyone at the Ashtabula Mattress Firm PS My neighbor who drove me up in his truck to pick up the mattress is seriously considering getting one there himself
