I've had sleep issues for decades. William walked me through the entire process and was extremely well versed in product knowledge. I'm in retail sales myself, so I know how important that really is to get the bills paid. I'm 6'2 275, and William is still a bigger guy than me. Perfect person to work with for big guy comfort and sleep solutions. Not only had I opted for Tempur-Pedic, I went with the adjustable base as well. I haven't slept this good in more than 20 years.
