Mario and Bailey were extremely helpful in helping us find a new mattress for our daughter. I was looking for a comfortable mattress we could have delivered within the next week and when our fist option didn’t pan out. Bailey took the time to find us a better option to be delivered when we needed it. These guys provided excellent customer service! We will definitely be back in the future!

Bailey was very informative and patiently walked us through the process of deciding which mattress would best suit our needs. He was very knowledgeable about the different products. After we choose a Hybrid model, he helped us select the best model for us. He discussed price, care, and protection plan with us. He seamlessly scheduled our delivery and removal of our old mattress and box springs. Plus, it was all for an excellent price! I would highly recommend Bailey at Matress Firm.

We went to Mattress Firm @ Spring Meadows today to test/purchase a queen-size firm mattress. Upon entering the store, we were greeted by Andrew, down from the Monroe, MI store. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in narrowing the choices of mattresses to suit our needs. Andrew explained the difference between coil mattresses and hybrid mattresses. We were very pleased with our no pressure shopping experience! Thank you Andrew!

Kobe greeted us right as we entered the store, and was very friendly and resourceful. When the mattress we wanted wasn't available he was able to find the same model at another location for a lower price and arranged for delivery and set up. Very happy with the service and selection and am happy to recommend Kobe
