We were looking for a mattress for our small child and chose Mattress Firm after doing some online research. It was important for us to test out before buying so that we made sure it was the right fit for our little one. The whole process was so incredibly easy at the store - zero pressure, very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us to the best mattress for our family! Delivery is expected to be super fast, and I know if there’s any issues that we won’t have a hard time navigating to a solution, which is great peace of mind!

As you know shopping for a new mattress can be very stressful. I wasn’t sure what I wanted and wasn’t looking forward to shopping for one. Let’s face it a mattress is not something one wishes to purchase without seeing it in person. I walked into the Macedonia location and was greeted by Dalton with a friendly smile and a warm greeting. He was informative and didn’t rush us. Dalton was willing to answer any questions we had. We looked at several models and ended up purchasing a Sleepy’s Hybrid mattress. Great experience and I am super excited about the purchase. Funny thing is I went in just to look and wasn’t planning on purchasing anything that night! I would recommend this store especially if you like a non pressure informative experience!

Had an excellent experience with Olivia at this location! She is very knowledgeable about all the product brands they carry. We went in just to look and try different brands and ended up purchasing our selection using one of the payment options available that she laid out for us. I would highly recommend this store and Olivia to anyone looking to buy a new mattress.

I was the only customer at the time and the salesman greeted me and listened to my requirements. He was very helpful and answered my considerable questions. There was no hard sell or pressure to buy now. He was completely transparent when writing up my purchase, explaining the warranty and the delivery. The store was brightly lighted, clean and comfortable.

We were helped by Alex and Chad, and a third salesman but couldn’t catch his name. They were all very helpful. They listened to my wants/needs for a mattress and made sure to find one in my budget. My friend who came along also ended up getting one with the Labor Day sale! Highly recommend!!!
