I walked into Mattress firm feeling a bit overwhelmed by which mattress to choose. I knew a few things already as I took the online quiz. Kambrea was my consultant and she was very patient with me as I shared my needs and she asked me questions to see what would best fit. Several other customers came in while I was there and I had the opportunity to hear her interact with them. I have to say watching her navigate the three different parties was refreshing! She was so patient with all of us and met our needs. My mattress doesn’t come in for a couple weeks but I can say I feel like I chose the best one for us. Thank you for training her to make my decision as I was educated on many brands!!
