The purchase with Nathan experience was excellent. There was a problem with the delivery date and, even after a reminder call the night prior, they still drove out a week early for delivery. When it was delivered, the process was quick and smooth. ONE BIG PROBLEM...when the bed bed has adjustable height, the installers should check that specific issue with the buyer. My 71 year old husband had to figure it out and adjust the bed after they left. Also, I called, less than 5 mins after they left our house, to asked the installers how to adjust the bed...never received an call back.

We went after a game to check out mattresses and were greeted nicely as we walked through the door. AJ was very helpful and very knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and explained a lot more to us. The whole time was hassle free with no pressure at all. A whole different purchasing experience.
