I am super happy with my entire experience from when I first walked in the door to watching the delivery drivers load my old mattress and foundation into their truck to haul it away. Shannon is amazing! He made the sale experience a breeze. He is VERY knowledgeable regarding what types of beds will work for me and I couldn't be happier with my new bed. He was super patient with me while I walked back and forth several times trying several mattresses to zero in on my favorite one. After making my choice, he finalized the sale, found the perfect financing package and sent me on my way with a smile on my face. The delivery was perfect. The two gentlemen who delivered and set up my new bed were extremely professional and courteous and quick. All in all, I am extremely satisfied and I highly recommend shopping here for your next bed. You won't regret it!

We went in with the purpose of buying my 87 year old father a new mattress. Shannon was awesome. He understood our objective, asked a few good questions, and then led us to 2 or 3 options in our price range and in line with our goals. It was an excellent, quick in store experience with delivery in under 48 hours for the in stock item we chose. We’ve purchased from Shannon and this Mattress Firm location previously and see no reason to ever go anywhere else.

Shannon (Beaverton) and Andrew (San Diego) were such great help! I went to the mattress firm in San Diego to try out some mattresses and Andrew did such an amazing job giving me recommendations. I purchased the mattress with Shannon on the phone because I figured that it would be easier to buy it in Portland since I’m moving there in a couple weeks.
