I had a warranty credit from the previous mattress. Frankie was so kind from when we first walked through the doors all the way until we left with a new mattress to be delivered the following day! Yes, ended up spending another $1500 on a mattress, but that was our choice. I love that he didn't follow us every step and put pressure on us to update to get another sale/commission. He was patient, knowledgeable and kind! I will definitely return and use Frankie to help furnish a vacation rental I just purchased. Thank you Frankie!!! My wife and I were looking for a new more comfortable mattress and we had previously purchased a mattress from Mattress Firm a few years ago. We went to a local store in Bend and met Kristie who is the best mattress salesperson we have ever met. She was totally knowledgeable about all the products they had and was even more focused on making sure we would be getting the mattress that best suited our sleeping needs. I needed a mattress for the guest room and their sales associate (sleep expert) Frank looked up my history and took me right to the mattress I wanted. Thanks Frank for all of your help and expertise.
