He kindly and patiently listened to all our requirements for comfort, construction, durability and quality, which he deftly answered, demonstrating a deep understanding of his products. In the end we closed the deal on a very comfortable, durable, high quality mattress, with an adjustable base, for a very reasonable price that fit very nicely within our budget.
