This was such a great buying experience. James the sleep expert was kind, knowledgeable, and friendly to the kids. He encouraged us to lie on a bunch of different mattresses, and guided us along as he learned what we liked. There was no pressure to buy something more expensive. They have a 120 night guarantee. Having the chance to feel the subtle differences between so many different mattresses is so valuable. Definitely better than my last online buying experience.
