Went in to try out some mattresses and Hunter was there helping us through the process. He did an amazing job! My husband and I took my mother, who needed to gain an understanding of all that is new in mattress technology. Hunter was super patient with all of us and not only answered our questions but also expanded on the information so we gained more info than we even knew what to ask. It was quite the lesson on foams, gels, springs, adjustable bases, everything! Mom my mom got all the info she needed for a fabulous mattress — and my husband I decided to buy a new one as well! He gave us all the pros and cons of each choice we were considering, not pushy or invasive at any point. Trey, the manager, was tremendous in helping us sort out the details as we made the purchase. Thank you for being beyond helpful!

Marc was our mattress expert on 11/19 and he was just fantastic. We read the reviews before we went in and he definitely was better than those. The process was so easy with his help and we left with a new bed. Because of Marc we finally had a good nights rest. Definitely will be coming back when we need another mattress!!

We went to Mattress Firm to look at a couple of mattresses. Centria greeted us as after we walked in. She was low key and professional. We had an idea of what we wanted and she showed us that particular mattress and gave us the relevant specs. After we tried that she asked questions to try to determine what we were looking for. She directed us to a couple other mattresses. She was not high pressure and gave us pros and cons of each one we looked at. We ended up buying one she recommended which was not the highest end, but one in which she thought we would be happy with. Overall a great experience and Centria was knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with.

I'm so glad we went in and were able to try out the mattresses we were thinking of getting and that she helped explain everything about the beds. She's a stellar sleep expert. Thanks for all your help, Centria! Also, huge shout out to Geoffrey George at the Salem store. He was an incredible wealth of information and really helped make the purchase in Sherwood a thoroughly informed purchase. He answered all my questions and explained everything about the whole process of purchasing through Mattress Firm, when I visited the Salem store on a whim, and wanted to ensure I made the best possible choice for our new bed. I can easily say without his insight, we wouldn't have gone into the Sherwood store in the first place to try out the mattresses. I really hope someone sees this and makes sure all credit is given to both sleep experts!
