Stopped in on a whim because I needed a mattress for my daughter. I was pleasantly surprised as soon as I walked in. Clean and welcoming environment complete with extremely helpful staff. Ash was so friendly, knowledgeable, and worked with me to find the perfect fit. I appreciated that she really listened to me and my needs rather than trying to up sell me on something I didn’t need. I highly recommend this location and especially Ash! I will continue to use them for future needs and suggest them to anyone looking for a good mattress!

What a great experience! Shawn was awesome. He started by walking me through the mattress matching tool to get the best recommendations for my needs. We then tested different materials, levels of firmness, and technologies to dial in what the best option was for me in my budget. Everyone was friendly, and made my first mattress purchase a great experience. Bought my setup on Saturday, and it got delivered Monday morning. Intallation team was quick and professional as well. I purchased a new queen mattress today and had a wonderful shopping experience. Ash Stewart was a fantastic associate who helped answer my questions and select the right mattress. I'm having my mattress delivered to my new home in Seattle and she made sure everything was scheduled and could be delivered to my new address. She also helped solve the financing issues that kept popping up and was able to get everything cleared and completed. Overall a great experience thanks to Ash!

My wife and I needed a new mattress so we went to the store to check them out on two different occasions. Betsy helped us the first time and was very helpful and patient and answered all of our questions to help us find the mattress we were interested in. We didn’t buy until the second visit as we were waiting for a little better price to come on a potential Veterans Day sale. Jeffrey completed the sale for us and got us all the available discounts that could be applied. He also got the delivery set up. Both employees were very friendly and helpful and made the shopping experience easy to do.

Jeffrey and Sean were so awesome to work with! I spoke to Jeff on the phone, but he was with a client when I arrived, so Sean assisted me, as well as Jeff, once he finished with the client. They were knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. I went in pretty much knowing what I wanted, but I feel like even if I didn’t, they would have steered me in the right direction. Though I was offered “upsells”, they were in no way pushed upon me, and I was able to decide, with no pressure, if I wanted anything extra (which I did, because I wanted a mattress cover, so I’m very glad that was offered — and the one I got is awesome!). I got a great deal because of Black Friday, and was even given free delivery, since I was buying multiple mattresses and covers. (I’ve bought a lot of furniture recently, and this has been the only place to give me free delivery, so that was wonderful! Every little bit helps!) I highly recommend this location if you’re shopping for a mattress, or any of the things that go along with a mattress. These two guys are great! When I need more beds in the future (which I will for my daughter and guest room), this is where I’m going for sure!!
