Lanny was so easy to deal with, he wasn’t pushy like most salespeople. He is very knowledgeable about all the products the store carries. Once he gathered some basic information he was able to direct us to the perfect mattress. Mattress Firm was running a great sale, had the mattress in stock and they are delivering tomorrow….can’t wait to get a good nights sleep! We felt valued as customers and will be going back to see Lanny when it’s time to replace our other mattresses. Thank you for the exceptional service!

5 years ago we bought one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. We recently moved and upgraded to a king size bed. We made a short 2 month mistake of ordering a bed online. Today we came back and bought the new version of our old mattress in a King size. Lanny was great and got us out quickly with our small kids. Worth its weight in gold, I’m counting down to our new mattress!

Marty is amazing. We had some issues with technology as life has it but it worked out in the end. Super friendly and very knowledgeable of his product. They know what they are doing in that store and they’re not going to make you feel like ‘you have’ to buy anything like a lot of those places. I highly recommend them!

The sales lady Rebecca helped me in selecting the best fit for my sleep and my pockets. I had a certain budget and she beat it without a sweat. I picked the comfort and style. She matched the price. In turn it made me wanna brake my budget and add a few extras to show appreciation . She really knows her products. She has the experience to grow large in that industry.
