We really enjoy our shopping experience. We went to purchase a bed for my mother and the salesman Gino was Awesome! He took excellent 👌 care of her and our needs and comfort in picking out the perfect and best bed, that suits my mother's needs. He was kind and took the time to listen to what we were looking for. He is a very compassionate and patient man. Thank you Gino for giving us and my mother the best and most positive shopping experience ever. We purchased the bed we wanted and left happy. We couldn't of asked for a better person and salesman to assist us in our purchase. I highly recommend shopping at this store.

Gino was helpful and made us feel at ease shopping for a new mattress. He was great with being patient with our questions and didn't pressure us into anything. We chose a mattress that wasn't exactly what we thought it would be like,and Gino had nothing to do with that but having mattress firms trial gives us peace of mind now to get the one we really wanted! The experience was amazing due to the awesome salesmanship and personality of Del. He was friendly, helpful, and took the time to make the sale about health and wellness and not just a sale. We ended up purchasing a mattress that was not top of the line as it t fit us and our budget and Del assured us that it was a good decision for us. He was not interested in upselling.
