The store was kind enough to remedy the situation after my review. Thank you. That's all I wanted. Original Post: My property was damaged before they even got the mattress through the door...literally the deliver crew ruined my front door with the platform first thing and then scratched my hardwood floors. Sadly, I was not treated respectfully when I asked for my delivery fee to be refunded. I was told very curtly "that's not an option" and "they were just handling my concern "as a courtesy." I was pawned off to the trucking company. After spending over $7,000, you think they would take care of their customer. Nope. Beware.

My sales rep was Kevin, he was an excellent salesman who had a ton of knowledge about all the mattresses I looked at. I told him my price range he respected that. He gave me a few other options that was out of that range but offered financing which I thought about for a while and decided not to. He wasn't pushy at all just gave me another option out of my price range respectfully. I really appreciate his courtesy and non aggressive manner for a Salesman and would recommend anyone to deal with him.

Had a great experience with Marie there, very sweet and patient. Didn’t rush us to decide on which mattress we need , that we even ended up buying 2 mattress + 2 bases for our master bedroom and guest bedroom , even though we came only for one mattress! Within 2 months I didn’t love one of the mattresses so we ended up exchanging it, and again Marie was very helpful with that. Highly recommend to see her when you visit for your new bed.

We walked into the Mattress Firm today looking for an adjustable queen size bed with no real preconceived ideas. Walked out with a really good deal on the high end Beauty Rest mattress. We needed delivery next week and they were very accommodating. Also Maria knew was very knowledgeable of their product offerings.
