Eric was very friendly, honest and knowledgeable. He had did an assessment of what we were looking for in a mattress and let us take our time, trying and retrying the recommended mattresses that we were matched with. While mattress buying is not on our top 100 things to spend the afternoon doing, he made it pleasant and less confusing.
