Working with Zane A., I was able to find a bed with all the accessories needed. I’d done a lot of research into the specific model I was interested in, and was surprised to see it available at Mattress Firm Easley, saving me a trip to Greenville! There were a lot of options for adjustable bases, mattress protectors, and pillows. I felt that I was able to get significant value for the items purchased. Zane was very helpful and courteous when we talked numbers which made for a seamless transaction. I do not feel that I was pushed into buying unnecessary items, and that the recommendations and insights given were to be insightful and helpful to make this purchase. Seems how we spend about a third of our lives in bed, getting the right setup is really important. I’m glad my experience went well.

Store was very clean, sales personnel was very welcoming and professional. Answered all our questions and found the right bed and mattress that was comfortable and just what we needed. The price was good and the sales process was easy and didn't take long. Everyone go to mattress firm in Easley and see Mr. Khalil we was very impressed with him he really was helpful and explained the difference between the mattress and helpful in us making our choice very knowledgeable.

I called before I came to Mattress Firm and spoke with Sherry, she answered all my questions on the phone and invited me to come to the store. When we arrived, Sherry greeted us with kindness and ready to help. Sheri, the manager was very helpful and patient in our mattress decision. She fitted us for the right bed. So far (delivered yesterday) we are very pleased. I love the way Sheri referred to us as guest and not customers. The delivery guys, Christian and (can’t remember the name but it started with an M) we’re very quick and efficient.
