I recently purchased a mattress and an adjustable base from this location. Mark was my sleep expert and did a great job showing me various options. Unfortunately, after a few weeks I realized the mattress I chose was not a good fit for me and my adjustable base needed to be lowered. I reached back out to Mark and explained the situation. He listened to my concerns and offered to do a mattress exchange. I live out of state so he informed me of his work schedule so that the next time I was in town he would be more than happy to assist me with finding a more suitable mattress. When I made it back to the store Mark went above and beyond to make sure I found the right mattress. He was very patient and helpful. After I made a final decision, he set up the delivery and also addressed the issue I was having with the adjustable base. Now, I am beyond ecstatic about my new mattress and adjustable base. Mark provided exceptional customer service through the entire process!
