April was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. If fact, my plan was to shop around; however, April made me feel so comfortable I proceeded to purchase the mattress. She was very knowledgeable about the items in the store. When you combine that with a positive attitude, it will always result in a satisfied customer. I hope I’m just as pleased with the product. I will definitely recommend her store to friends and family!

My wife and I started out on Saturday just wanting to do a bit of research. Fred introduced himself as the associate who would assist us. We explained our needs and what we were looking for. He gave us recommendations and a couple of demonstrations. From there he gave us space and time to think and talk. We left that day feeling really good about the experience and what product we were considering. Today we went back and April was the associate to assist us. She was fantastic! The process was smooth and pleasant. She gave us some additional information about what we had chosen. We had a really nice conversation and she just made the experience with Mattress Firm that much better. We will get our bed and adjustable frame this Saturday. After that we can give a review on the delivery and products. But, Fred and April made it a Great Experience! This is the type of sales associates you want to have around you - knowledgeable, friendly and able to provide the service rarely seen these days. I highly recommend the store and these two associates!

Matt was a God sent blessing 🙏. He showed me two different twin mattresses to chose from. When I told him which one I liked best he respected my decision. He then told me of the credit plan and walked me through the procedure. I was declined but then he showed me the 3 months same as cash plane and that one I was excepted for. He did tell me if a more top of the line $800 mattress and I told him it was beyond my limit he did not pressure me to up grade. I love that store and the service I received and will recommend you to everyone that asks me.

April H. was amazing! We went in and explained the problems that we were having with our current mattress and she showed us options that were supportive for our bodies. We got to test several beds and she helped us find the perfect mattress! Cannot recommend her enough! If you’re in the Greenville area, call the store and see if you can get April!
