We always have dreaded the task of buying a new mattress. We happened upon the Greer store on our way to buy lumber. Chad greeted us and from that point on we felt comfortable and in good hands. Chad asked us questions to help us zone in our wants and was helpful with pricing. He is amazing, funny, considerate and has fantastic customers service skills. Mattress Firm should be grateful they have him on board. Yes we bought a King size with pillows and we and our dogs love it!

Chad did a awesome job explaining many features and benefits of all items, while we weren't looking to make a big investment on a bed we eventually realized as Chad was saying we will end up spending the same over time for lesser products and replacement as we've already seen. Fantastic job especially since we took so much of his time asking questions and attempting not to fall asleep during testing 😂. Thanks again Chad! Update*** not sure who you all have setting these up, but Bryan and Jeremiah were awesome!!!!! Timely, quick and explained everything! Nicely done on the whole rounded experience.

My re Rep was Chad and he Really knew what he was talking about. I have a history in sales so I know if I was being pushed I took my time, left the store to think about making a purchase. When I returned later that day Chad verified all that I found possible with my choice of product. We completed the deal and 2 days later my new mattress was delivered by 2 very professional movers.
