My re Rep was Chad and he Really knew what he was talking about. I have a history in sales so I know if I was being pushed I took my time, left the store to think about making a purchase. When I returned later that day Chad verified all that I found possible with my choice of product. We completed the deal and 2 days later my new mattress was delivered by 2 very professional movers. It was an easy experience and I will certainly suggest Chad at the Taylors-Greer store
