My husband and I were looking for an adjustable king bed. This place has so many options. They have your top of the line and your more affordable options. We told Frank, what we were looking for and our budget and he showed up several options and really helped guide us in the whole experience. He never tried to upsell us. Just helped us pick the best one based on our needs and budget and got us out the door with delivery set up within 20 minutes. Fantastic experience. Definitely go see Frank.

Great products and awesome customer service! We went to another "mattress store" and we saw a great mattress for $199, but had to pay an extra $50 for 10 year warranty. We then came here, spoke we immediately were greeted by Sara. She helped us get a better mattress for the same price of $199 and with free 10 year warranty. You really can't beat that. She was great in understanding what we were looking for and had such a great personality and customer service. Would definitely come here again.

Salesperson Caleb was very knowledgeable about the product. I told him my budget and he was able to find me what I needed. The purchase will be arriving in a couple of days so I cannot say if I am completely satisfied until then. Hopefully, I will not be disappointed and have to reject the purchase. The service that was provided was great . Caleb wasn't pushy and allowed me to check out and compare several of the products. I then was able to hopefully make an informed decision .

We met great gal at location in Spartanburg SC who did not have stock in the item we were seeking to buy. It was last minute end of day scenario & she was instrumental in helping us with our needs. She called another local store to get us in contact with Frank. He showed us 2 choices at 7:45pm. We left with the perfect mattress for our daughter to enjoy for the new school year. Thank you to both amazing people in the two locations who made these parents feel more comfortable knowing their daughter was set for school. We invested into 10 year mattress which she will enjoy as she makes her way finishing school to build her career. She is all set. Thank you to woman in first store for having grit & grace to all all she could to help us & introduce us to Frank. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name. She is my Hero!
