Walked into the store and was greeted by the lady working there. Very friendly and nice. Willing to help from the start. You can tell she wasn't faking her personality. She was awesome. I have a sling on my arm and she carried the frame to the car for me. Mattress firm needs more like her

Trevor was a great help in choosing a new mattress! This is a 10 year commitment me and my husband made and although the price is steep for a Presidents’ Day sale we did get our king for queen price! Also he was able to deliver it in 3 days!! The delivery people were awesome! They literally laid down a red carpet and put on booties so they don’t bring mess up our home! They installed the adjustable base and made sure all the buttons worked before they left! I got a firm mattress which I know I need to break in, but I’m so glad I came to this mattress firm! See you again in 10 years or if my kids need mattresses sooner I will be back sooner! Happy customer here!
