Our mattress was over 16 old and we need it an upgrade. The Store manager took the time to meat with the customer, listen to the customer’s needs and advise us of the best options in the store. We are very satisfied with our purchase and even if is another 16 years for the next mattress, we will come back to this Mattress Firm store

The service provided, so far, has been above and beyond what I was expecting. The salesperson, Jacob, took the time to show us the various types of mattresses and how they’re made. Laying down on the mattresses gave us an opportunity to get an idea as to how they would feel. We walked out spending more than we were wanting to, but so far are very satisfied with the purchase. That was mainly due to what we had in mind just didn’t feel as good as we thought it would. Update: The bed was delivered and installed on the appointed day. The mattress and adjustable frame is better than what I remembered during the demonstration. It has definitely helped with joint pain.
