My wife and I went to find a replacement for our mattress. We had at least 3 places to check out. Mattress Firm at this location was the winner. My wife is super picky, and after trying nearly every bed in the store we found one that she is happy with. The staff was good at pointing out potential matches to our needs, instead of pushing to sell specific things. We were the only ones in the store, but the shopping and subsequent buying process was quick and smooth. The delivery was on time, professional and they removed the old mattress. Overall our experience was efficient and pleasant.

The person we dealt with, Richard Lawrence was well versed in the products. He helped us decide which bed was best for us. He was courteous, knowledgeable and personable. We didn’t feel pushed to purchase anything, but felt more at ease knowing what we wanted when we left, so much so that we came back and purchased our bed.

Could not be happier with our purchase and the whole experience with Steven at Mattress Firm! After putting off the investment in a new mattress a few years longer than we should have, I finally came here because of the good reviews. Steven was just the right amount of friendly and helpful but laid back. He asked questioned and listened and truly wanted to help me find the best solution as opposed to selling me on something. I called back after thinking it over and finalized the deal. Two days later, some very polite guys showed and hauled off the old mattress and brought in the new one. Ten minutes later I’m laying on the new mattress knowing I made the right choice!
