My wife and I went to find a replacement for our mattress. We had at least 3 places to check out. Mattress Firm at this location was the winner. My wife is super picky, and after trying nearly every bed in the store we found one that she is happy with. The staff was good at pointing out potential matches to our needs, instead of pushing to sell specific things. We were the only ones in the store, but the shopping and subsequent buying process was quick and smooth. The delivery was on time, professional and they removed the old mattress. Overall our experience was efficient and pleasant.

The person we dealt with, Richard Lawrence was well versed in the products. He helped us decide which bed was best for us. He was courteous, knowledgeable and personable. We didn’t feel pushed to purchase anything, but felt more at ease knowing what we wanted when we left, so much so that we came back and purchased our bed.

Worked with Justin on my purchase. Great salesman, very knowledgeable on the products they sell. No pressure tactics and Justin respected my time. The whole process was smooth from the time I walked into the store through the following day when I made my decision. There were no annoying follow up calls while I was thinking the purchase over. Just made sure I understood the warranty, satisfaction guarantee, time frames, break in time, etcetera; so there works be no surprises if the mattress and bed don’t work out. I had been to several other stores over the course of decision making. All of them called within 24 hours at least once and one “number” store called and sent three email. None were as thorough in discussing options or the return process as Justin. He even laughed politely at my jokes. 10/10 for Justin and Mattress Firm.

Steven was SUPER helpful in picking mattresses for my new home. He asked questions that narrowed down what I was looking for.
