Outstanding Customer Service. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the store. They gave very detailed information on every mattress I inquired about. They gave me a breakdown on product delivery, the time it takes from picking up old mattresses and dropping off and setting up the new one. They even gave me all the latest sales and bundle packages they had. Best experience ever.

I was hesitant to go mattress shopping, as I haven't purchased a mattress in close to 15 years. Additionally, I didn't want to feel pressured into purchasing one. However, as soon as I walked into the Mattress Firm in Copperas Cove, Texas, I felt comfortable. The Sleep Expert, Tatjana Gibbs, displayed such professionalism and the more I asked questions, the more she proved her mattress experience. She listened to what I wanted and provided solid knowledge, and guidance on what mattresses to suggest. Very courteous and helpful sales clerk Gaby was. Offered 90 day price guarantee, free delivery.(I’m in town) let my Mom try out the mattress even though it was not on display. Gaby was very, very helpful and we appreciated that. Also good that they opened at 9:00am because we are early birds.
