I visited the store in person and Tyler was beyond helpful. He listened carefully to what I was looking for and my health needs and appointed me to several mattresses that suited me. He is truly a mattress expert and recommended me a lumbar support bed after sharing with him what my chiropractor told me about my lower back pain. I had no idea that such bed even assisted until Tyler allowed me to try it and it seriously changed my life!! His customer service skills are highly impressive as he listens very well, shares his expertise and is very friendly. I really liked how he let me try out an option of mattresses so that I could truly select the best one for me. My advise to potential mattress firm customers is to definitely go in person if you can, to try the mattress that suits your body best!

Kyle was amazing. He answered all of my questions and helped me find the perfect bed for us and in our budget. We are also very happy about the fact that mattress firm will haul away our old mattress and give us 120 nights to be sure it's the right mattress for us. After more than 20 years since our last mattress purchase and being older with new physical limitations it's a great benefit. Thank you again Kyle!!!
