She was knowledgeable of the mattress types, costs, options that would suit me best and with the scenarios I threw at her such as my back issues. I was just going in to “research” beds, until friendly and honest David educated me in such an easy, non-pushy way that I decided to buy the mattress from him. We may have been on the product “back row” - the cheap seats, but he treated me just as if I had bought a $3,000 product. Well done! Now help them out with some advertisements to draw customers in!
