Mattress Firm is awesome! John McCarty went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure all of our mattress orders and deliveries were smooth and worry-free. We had to make some changes for the order before delivery and every step of the way, we were met with “No problem. I’ll take care of that.” Justin was also very helpful and answered so many questions.

My husband and I came to Mattress Firm because we had no idea what we wanted and were wary of all the new brands that squeeze mattresses into a small box and ship to your door. The service provided by John was invaluable in helping us make the right choice. No doubt we would have ended up with a different firmness and feel if we had ordered based on those online surveys. Great Service here at the Northwest location. Melissa was able to help us pick the perfect mattress. John was amazing, as he was able to answer some questions I had about coverting a old king size frame to be ready for a adjustable. Very pleased with the team/service working here at the Northwest Location @ 290. A++

I was so frustrated walking into the store after shopping all day for a mattress, but luckily John was able to help me and found me the perfect mattress. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes (after being the most indecisive person, laying on all of the mattresses) but the process was so easy and quick. He got me the best deal and didn’t beat around the bush. I would definitely recommend this store.
