As usual the service at this location is always impeccable. We returned to the store based on our first experience with Val. She is an awesome and very patient salesperson. She sold us mattresses a year ago for my daughters and we returned for our mattresses. I highly recommend this location for your next mattresses purchases. Korey also assisted us with this purchase. My chair was delivered on time. I liked how I received a phone notifying me the delivery was 15 minutes away. The delivery men were very nice. The downside to my delivery is that the wrong color chair was delivered. My sales associate Korey has been awesome! He's been excellent at making sure everything gets fixed and communication has been great throughout the process.

I went in with my fiancé with 3 mattresses in mind, and we were able to try all 3 with Valencia’s help. She was so kind and really wanted what was best for the customer. She did not pressure us into anything, she just let the wonderful mattresses do the talking! Would definitely buy a mattress with her again!
