I needed a different mattress because the one I picked was too soft. I came back a few weeks later and was able to pick a new one at no extra cost. The workers were so helpful and understanding. They let me take my time trying everything until we found the perfect one for me. I had a lot of questions but they were super patient. I can’t say enough good things! I visited mattress firm a few weeks ago and Kim was my sales person. While there I found the mattress I wanted. Later I returned and ended up purchasing a different mattress that I was not pleased with. When I called the store later and spoke with Kim she immediately remembered me and assured me that she would exchange the mattress for me. By this time, I had moved an hour away from the store where I purchased this original mattress but that did not matter. Kim made arrangements and the mattress I wanted was delivered to my new address just a few days after speaking with Kim. I am so grateful for the service I received. The new mattress is perfect and I am beyond happy! Kim was helpful, understanding, and quick in helping me.

Brandon was great!
