My husband and I went today to the Mattress Firm location today to hopefully purchase a new mattress and frame. Jordan was our sales rep and was AMAZING!! He was super knowledgeable of all the different products and features and was very easy to work with! There were multiple customers in the store when we were there and he was polite and respectful to everyone!! If you need to purchase a new mattress, GO SEE JORDAN! Definitely will go back there anytime we need to make a mattress purchase!

This is our second experience with mattress firm living up to their commitment on the warranty claim of mattress that failed. We have six bedrooms with mattress firm mattresses and bases. Unless something changes they will forever have our business. The guys at the Lake Jackson store and the Pearland store are outstanding in their customer service, understanding of what a customer needs, and at following through with deal. It's always been a pleasant experience with their delivery drivers as well. The employees at MattressFirm have gone beyond our expectations every time.
