My retail specialist, Diane, was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. She encouraged me to try several mattresses in various price ranges before making my decision. Since I was purchasing for myself and a guest room, she was mindful of that in her recommendations. She was able to schedule delivery and set up within my time constraints. The store location was relatively easy to travel to and from. Displays were far enough apart to allow comfortable walking and movement between mattresses. I was impressed.
