I went to the location on 15th near Alma. I met Joel. I explain to him I was needing to transition my mother from her usual bed to a hospital bed…because she was now on hospice. Explained I needed someone to take away her queen size adjustable mattress and incredibly heavy frame. And then I also needed to buy a mattress for her hospital bed if that was even possible… That was literally all I had to say. Joel absolutely took the reins from there and take care of me the way down the track. I originally spoke to him a week ago. I just went in today to actually purchase a mattress. I called ahead to make sure Joel was there…. he was amazing! Well informed. When I told him about my mom he knew exactly what mattresses were designed for people who were not able to be out of bed! And the price of the mattress, in the store, was almost $900 cheaper than the Amazon price!! I am so incredibly grateful to Joel for his expertise as well as his kind easy going personality! Five stars for sure!

This is our second mattress and it’s always a wonderful shopping and buying experience. We dealt with Lemont and he is top notch! There were multiple people coming in and he handled it so well.
