I went to the outlet with the expectations to be ready for a “high pressure” sales tactic. That was the complete opposite of what I experienced. Jewel was the associate that greeted me. Although she was with another customer at the time, her greeting was genuine and focused. She invited me to look around and assured me that she would help me as soon as she finished with the prior customer. Jewel followed through from the moment I walked in the store. She was patient, explained my options patiently, and never got frustrated with my indecisiveness. I truly feel that it was Jewels awesome customer service that kept me from getting frustrated. Just your average heavy set couple looking for support from our mattress!!! We came in clueless hoping we could feel our new mattress and take home something, anything that would make our nights rest better. Julz was our salesperson and lucky us because she was amazing. She talked us through our process and this was one experience I will never forget. Not only did we get a mattress we could afford but we got something that worked for us. All with someone who made us feel welcome and comfortable. She is the reason we made our purchase and will continue to make our decision of mattresses from Mattress Firm.
