I didn’t feel the sales pressure while in store. Carmen was very helpful in helping me pick the right mattress and adjustable frame, she also gave me a great deal. Thanks Carmen! I had an issue with the height of the bed after delivery, I called the store and spoke with Brandon, he was very helpful and was able to get someone back out to re-adjust the legs. I had spoke with Brandon on my first visit to the store and he was very nice and helpful then as well. Thanks Brandon! The delivery process went well, the delivery guys Isaac and Isaac were very nice and patient with my requests, keep up the good work guys! I would recommend Mattress Firm.

We received the absolute BEST service over Thanksgiving weekend!! We were in need of 2 mattresses, and Randy Samarripa took the greatest care of us. He is extremely knowledgeable and truly listened to our needs. I felt like he was looking out for our best interest and not simply trying to make the most money on a sale. He took his time, patience, and treated us like family. Randy is the best and we will be back for all our mattress needs!!

Carmen, at the San Pedro store, was absolutely fantastic. We told her at the outset we hated shopping for mattresses because it was so hard to tell by a short "lay down."
