I had an amazing experience at Mattress Firm getting help for the purchase of my mattress. The salesmen were so courteous and thorough in their explanation about the mattress that was suggested for relief of my pain. It was explained in complete detail so that I could understand how I should feel using the mattress and adjustable base. I walked into Mattress Firm, at shops in Dove creek.. this location is new! I came in here to eye shop for a mattress, but what I did NOT expect, was to get the level of service and attention that I did! Kris and Josh were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Kris was very helpful. He spent a lot of time with me to choose the right pillows as a Christmas gift. When the pillows arrived, they were to wrong size. Kris helped to get this corrected. He is a great asset to Mattress Firm with exceptional customer service.
