First of all, their store hours are great for all of us with different schedules. From the time I entered the store I had a positive Experience from 1st to last.... The Well mannered saleswoman approached me in a timely manner and introduced herself and she was both professional and personable. She had a thorough working knowledge of all of her inventory and she could answer all of my questions without consulting anyone else. She was a good communicator and extremely cooperative. She she had a good command of the English language and a pleasant tone in her voice which made you want to do business with her. She went above and beyond the Call of Duty and Problem solved beyond her job description to help us. I not only purchase the mattress but I will be referring business to them I highly recommend sleep experts for your mattress needs.

Corey was very knowledgeable but not overwhelming with the info. She was very patient as we looked at multiple models. We completed the bed match, which was helpful in selecting the mattress. Corey then worked hard to give me several options to choose from. She found the perfect mattress for my budget and set it up for delivery in less than a week. Great experience!
