I decided to buy my new king mattress with a free adjustable bed from here after rooms to go said some foolishness to me. Avoid rooms to go. They hound you and are not informed about their products like the people at this mattress firm. Ross is a delight and caters to your needs and budget. The whole crew there is awesome and I love how they took care of my needs. I told them my budget and they showed what was available. I went during the memorial day sale and got a great deal. It was better than all other places. I paid $1600 for a king size firm beauty rest mattress that included delivery with setup, adjustable base, cooling mattress protector and warranty. Ben is awesome because he helped me decide without pressure. Ross is my guy and he is the best! Ross you are a rock star!!

I just had a ridiculous amount of fun buying a mattress at Mattress Firm Watauga. I went in thinking I knew exactly what I wanted, but of course in the 8-10 years since I bought the last one, it had been discontinued. No problem! Hannah jumped online to research comps while Ben showed me the options in the store. I’m confident they helped me find the best mattress in my price range. I was really impressed by their knowledge, attention to detail and personal touches. It sounds corny, but I feel like they both actually cared about me being happy with this decision for the next 8-10 years. Highly recommend getting your next mattress from this store!

I went in knowing almost nothing about mattresses. Hannah, the store manager, walked me through everything! She was patient and kind. She answered all of my questions without making me feel stupid. She really listened to what I liked and didn't like. She didn't try to sell me a lot of extra things or push super expensive mattresses on me. She stayed within my budget and helped me find the perfect mattress!
