My husband and I have been needing to buy new mattress since before Covid. The thought of having to go into a store and lay on various different mattresses over and over for no more than 5 minutes each was just too much of a headache to fool with. We decided to stop at Mattress Firm in Bayway Village last weekend with my 10 & 4 year old kids and was blown away with the Kyle’s experience, product knowledge and utmost integrity that I have seen in a salesperson in over 10 years. He was genuine with us, asked questions about our current sleep habits, health issues, likes and dislikes in a mattress he provided some insight on all mattress styles in store and the provided recommendations for us to try. Nothing overwhelming, it was actually the opposite. We tested 5 mattresses, and instantly knew which felt the best to us. We tried the adjustable base w/different settings and I even dozed off for like 10 minutes. That never happens to me ever. I bought my son a new mattress that day and asked Kyle to send me the total price for a few different base options and pillows. He was phenomenal and we messaged several times throughout the week as I would ask a question and he was prompt to respond and answer my questions. Not your typical salesperson at all. He never tried to oversell us anything, his recommendations are on point. Happy to say we are finalizing the purchase today. Thanks Kyle

We purchased a very nice mattress which unfortunately did not work out for us, and Kyle went out of his way and made sure the process of returning and finding a new mattress went very smoothly for us. Mr. Kyle is excellent at helping out customers. He has helped us out a lot in choosing the perfect mattress for our needs. We went back in today to purchase an adjustable base and left happy again, knowing we made a great purchase. He asks questions to know which option will be best for the buyer. We will definitely be coming back! Today is now April 2023 and again went back to Mattress Firm with Mr. Kyle, who once again gave us a great deal for 2 more mattresses and a protector for my son’s mattress. This place is the go-to place for need of purchasing super comfortable mattresses at a fair price. 👏🏻
