I have been online, to department stores, and other Mattress stores looking for what I need and wasn’t impressed. We came in and worked with Erik Ortiz, and he was so much help! He wasn’t pushy or trying to force us to buy a bed we didn’t need. Instead he listened to us and took the time to find what suited us best. And the best part, was he was able to get us a screaming deal on a mattress and adjustable frame! My wife and I had never considered zero gravity, and he was able to demo some of our favorite mattresses in zero gravity mode which is what sold us on the frame. Erik is personable, friendly, and honest about each selection which I’ve very important in a sales person. We currently own a queen purple mattress hybrid 4 which we like, but my wife thinks is too soft and a little too small. I’m 6’1” 270lbs so I’m a big guy. So, we were in the market for a King, but thought we would branch out our options by testing other mattresses. Erik did well showing us the options that would help benefit the both of our likings. We ultimately ended up settling with a Purple hybrid 3, which is a tad more firm, and getting it in a king size with the adjustable frame. We spent about 2-3 hours in the store, and Erik was so patient with us going back and forth. Top notch place in my opinion if you’re looking for legit recommendations from high class professionals.

The staff was knowledgeable about mattresses & interested in finding the right one for me. Sales employees in other places were more interested in checking their cell phones and telling me about their prostate surgery!
