Great experience. Neal was helpful and knowledgeable about the products offered. With his help we quickly narrow down what would work best for me and arranged delivery for the next day (which was free for military/veterans). I also observed that other employee in the store being very courteous, prompt, and helpful to other customers as well. Bottom line, mattress shopping can be overwhelming with the options but this experience was quick and painless.
