Mattress Firm made getting a mattress easy and stress free! Their high quality mattresses are sold at such reasonable prices. The service that I received by the sales associate named Lawrence was some of the best customer service I’ve had in years! He was great and very knowledgeable of the mattresses, and he took time to listen to the customer staying within their price range. Lawrence at the Bailey’s Crossroads store was AMAZING. He made me comfortable, gave me ideas based on my sleeping style. He let me try a bunch of mattresses, he left me alone to lay and see if I liked them. He answered questions. I’m excited for my new bed to be delivered on Thursday! Go see Lawrence!

Bruce “The Mattress Guy” was amazing!! He educated us and gave us a ton of options! He gave great customer service and helped us find the best mattress for me and my boyfriend. And we have completely different taste in mattress! But somehow Bruce being great at his job found us the perfect one for us! He definitely made the experience pleasant and memorable!!!!!
