Tyler was very knowledgeable with all the mattresses and very good on giving recommendations based on my needs. I had the opportunity to see him working with other clients and you can tell he knows exactly what he is doing. I do really recommend Mattress Firm. Before visiting their store I was in Mattress Warehouse of Hancock Village and the employee there was really rude. Thanks Tyler, that’s how customer service should be.

My experience with Lisa was excellent. A completely different customer service transaction compared to Mattress Warehouse. She listened and helped me pick the right mattress without feeling pressured. Would definitely recommend this location for choosing your mattress.

I had such a great experience at Mattress Firm at Hull Street and Winterpock Rd. My salesman, Tyler, was wonderful. And the store manager, Lisa, was great helping me finance my new temperpedic mattress. So excited to have the mattress I have always wanted delivered day after tomorrow. Great buying experience!! Highly recommend you stop in to get a good night's sleep!

William was extremely helpful and professional. He showed me many different options and helped me make the best decision based on my needs. If it wasn't for his help I would have spent the same amount of money on a basic mattress, box spring and frame instead of the better quality mattress which included a frame and mattress protector for free. Thanks again William!
