Had a very pleasurable experience shopping here. We roamed the store without any sales person hovering or being in our face. Jason answered all of our questions and explained all of the differences between the mattresses we were interested. When we decided which one we wanted, Jason gave us a very competitive price and we purchased the mattress. It was a great experience shopping here.

The woman that was there was already rude from the get-go, but I went on with buying the mattress. Maybe she had a bad day or something. I was asked if Thursday would be fine for the mattress to be dropped off from 11:15 am - 1:15 pm. I said, “I am in class from 9:30-12:15 & she said, “they are coming from North Caroline, so it’ll be okay that they would get there later.” I just said okay because I thought she knew what she was talking about. Today is the day to get the mattress & I am getting calls saying they are there & waiting outside my house. Now I have to reschedule because no one was there because I was told they would get there later. I told my boyfriend to call & reschedule. They are not picking up the phone at the store, so I do not recommend getting a bed or anything from here. Update: they gave us free sheets and pillows to make up for everything. We really appreciate it.

Very good experience. No pressure, Jenifer is really knowledgeable about the product and after we’d tried the first couple of mattresses, she suggested others we might like based on our reactions. Very happy with what we chose!
