Timothy was great. I told him all about my back issues and how it get overheated at night. I know the $6,000 beds that can drive themselves are the best but they are not in my price point. He had me try out many different beds explaining the differences and the pros and cons then we narrowed it down to the three. From there it was what was in my price point and what felt good and the research I independently did online. He even helped me get the best deal that I can. I felt no pressure to buy and it was a good experience

My wife and I stopped by Mattress Firm at Southpoint to check and review some mattresses. The sales associate, Timothy, was more than helpful.
