I chose Mattress Firm because of the reviews and I'm glad I did. The whole experience from walk-in to sale was superb. The salesman "John" greeted me at the door and asked me a hand full of questions about my sleeping habits, profession, and price range which helped pick out the perfect mattress for me. I'm not sure how large the staff is but I would highly recommend asking for John when you go in. He helped me work around my budget and wasn't pushy about beds that were outside of my price range. Today I walked out of Mattress Firm with the "Purple" mattress at a very nice price point compared to what was on the sticker. Thanks John! Can't wait for the new bed to come.

I’ve never actually been into a mattress store before going here. I just wanted to look around and see stuff on my own but I’m glad John helped me out instead! He was very nice and explained everything very well and honestly to me. I have literally no complaints about my experience here at all.

Jeff was very excellent at showing us the bed options & asking what concerns & sleeping problems like the neck, back snoring & what we were looking for in beds. He showed us just the right beds & it was a fast easy process. I’m looking forward to receiving our bed and can’t wait to sleep in it. Jeff was terrific & very professional!
